Privacy Policy
This policy describes how COMPUTACO INC., a Delaware corporation (“Computaco”, “we”) and a subsidiary of CommandAGI INC., handles personal information in ComputerWorld, the hosted service at computaco.ai.
What we collect
- Account: your username, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), and, if you add them, your name, email address and date of birth.
- Keys and sessions: hashed API keys and actor tokens (the full key is shown to you once and not stored), and a session cookie while you are signed in.
- Billing: if you subscribe to a paid plan, your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, the subscription’s status and renewal date, and any discount or referral code you entered (also the referral code given at sign-up). Card numbers and other payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage: counts of requests, steps, renders, worlds and model calls per day, used for quotas and to run the Service.
- Technical data: IP addresses and request metadata processed by our hosting provider for delivery, rate limiting and security.
- Your Content: the worlds, snapshots, procedures, specifications and outputs you create.
How we use it
To provide, secure and improve the Service; to enforce quotas and these policies; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information and do not use Your Content to train models.
Who processes it
The Service runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage and network). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which receives your payment details, billing address and email from you at checkout and processes them under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy); we send it your account id so a payment is tied to the right account. Our parent company, CommandAGI INC., collects payments for us through its Stripe account, and so receives the same billing records; it uses them only to collect and account for your payments. When you enable model-driven features, the prompts those features build are sent to the configured language-model provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate responses. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Cookies
We use one essential, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage in your browser for preferences such as the color theme. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account and its worlds through the API (DELETE /v1/me); we then delete them from active systems, and from backups as they expire. Records of payments and invoices are kept, by Stripe and by us, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Security
Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2, keys are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to worlds is separated by account and by environment token. No method is perfectly secure.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your information, or to object to its processing. You can view and edit your account details in the console, and delete your account through the API.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes.
